Courier Shipping

• Handled by an external carrier.
• Standard delivery time: 2–3 days from shipment.
• Couriers are not obliged to carry packages over 30 kg.
• Please check the package in the presence of the courier.
• In case of damage, a damage report must be completed – it is required to file a claim.

Pallet Shipping

• Handled by an external carrier.
• Standard delivery time: 3–7 days, depending on location.
• Pallets are picked up from the loading ramp – the carrier does not carry pallets to the final destination.
• If the pallet is visibly damaged, a damage report must be completed with the courier.
