Delivery for orders placed on the online store www.outlet.zerowaste.design is carried out via Poczta Polska, DPD, DHL, or our own transport service.
The delivery cost and, if applicable, the option to choose the carrier (depending on the size of the order) are automatically indicated on the order summary during checkout.
The online store also offers the option of in-store pickup for items purchased with the “Personal Pickup” option. For some items, this is the only available delivery method (in such cases, courier services cannot be used).
We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Standard shipping is within 2–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
