Delivery Time and Costs
Delivery for orders placed on the online store www.outlet.zerowaste.design is carried out through the following companies: Poczta-Polska, DPD, DHL, or our own transportation service.
The delivery cost, as well as the option to choose a transport company (if such choice is possible due to the size of the order), are automatically indicated on the order page during the purchase process.
The online store also offers the option of personal pickup for purchased items with the "Personal Pickup" option. In the case of certain items, this is the only available delivery method (in such cases, it is not possible to choose a transport company).
• We always strive to ship orders from our store as quickly as possible.
• The total order fulfillment time (including delivery) is between 2-7 business days.

• The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Courier Shipment - Price List (gross):
Size S - PLN 30.
Size M - PLN 60.
Size L - PLN 250.
Personal pickup is only available during warehouse working hours and requires prior arrangement. To schedule a pickup, please contact us by phone at 539 304 623.
Furniture items are available for pickup 14 days after the order has been paid for.
After this time, the order will be automatically canceled, and the funds will be refunded to the buyer's account.
